Eastern Riverina Arts announces 22 new projects funded across the region, supporting local artists, writers and creative groups to grow and deliver bold new work. |
|
|
Creativity across the Eastern Riverina is set to thrive with Eastern Riverina Arts announcing an investment of $31,250 in grant funding to local artists, writers and creative groups through the Country Arts Support Program (CASP) and Eastern Riverina Writers Grants.
Supported by Create NSW and administered locally, CASP funding will provide vital support for professional development, original projects and creative collaborations, with $17,750 distributed this year.
In 2026, this was complemented by a one-off Eastern Riverina Writers Grant round, delivering $13,500 to strengthen the skills, networks and capacity of regional writers and collectives.
This year’s recipients reflect the breadth and diversity of creative practice across the region, with five individuals and seven groups funded through CASP, and six individuals and four groups supported through the Writers Grants. From workshops and mentoring to equipment, events and cross-cultural collaborations, these projects will contribute to a vibrant and connected creative community across the Eastern Riverina. |
